Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund guidance below. At present we do not deliver food directly. Orders are collection only, and we do not take food orders over the phone.

Ordering through our website

Refunds are offered for incorrect, missing, or damaged items caused by us.

If you cancel your order within 5 minutes of placing it, we will aim to cancel and refund the order.

How to request a refund

Please contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Depending on your card issuer, the credit may take up to 7 working days to appear.

Third-party orders

If your order was placed through a third-party platform such as Just Eat, Uber Eats, Deliveroo, or Foodhub, please contact that service directly regarding refunds, delivery issues, or delays, as each platform has its own policies.
